By registering as a vendor on phone.mv, you agree to the following terms.

1. Vendor Responsibility

The vendor is fully responsible for all information submitted, uploaded, published, or displayed through the vendor account, including but not limited to store information, product listings, prices, stock availability, warranty details, product condition, contact details, images, descriptions, notes, and offer details.

The vendor must ensure that all submitted information is accurate, complete, current, lawful, and not misleading.

2. Product and Offer Information

The vendor is responsible for ensuring that every product offer listed by the vendor is genuine, accurate, and available as described.

The vendor must clearly state important offer details, including price, stock status, product condition, warranty type, warranty period, available colors, and any limitations or special conditions.

The vendor must update or remove listings that are no longer accurate, available, or valid.

3. Prices and Availability

The vendor is responsible for keeping prices and stock information up to date.

If a price, stock status, warranty term, or offer detail changes, the vendor must update the listing as soon as reasonably possible.

The vendor is responsible for clearly explaining any price or availability change to customers who contact the vendor.

4. Customer Communication

The vendor is responsible for all communication with customers who contact the vendor through phone, WhatsApp, Viber, SMS, or any other contact method provided by the vendor.

The vendor must communicate honestly, professionally, and clearly with customers.

The vendor must not provide false, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive information to customers.

5. Payments and Delivery

The vendor is solely responsible for any payment arrangement, collection arrangement, delivery arrangement, handover, receipt, confirmation, or transaction made with a customer.

The vendor must clearly explain payment terms, delivery terms, collection options, and any related charges directly to the customer before completing a sale.

6. Warranty, Returns, Refunds, and After-Sales Support

The vendor is solely responsible for any warranty, return, refund, repair, replacement, exchange, complaint, or after-sales support offered or promised to a customer.

The vendor must clearly state warranty type, warranty period, warranty provider, product condition, and any relevant warranty limitations before selling to a customer.

The vendor must handle customer complaints and after-sales matters responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and the terms offered to the customer.

7. Product Condition and Authenticity

The vendor must accurately describe the condition of each product.

If a product is used, refurbished, opened, imported, region-specific, missing accessories, repaired, locked, carrier-specific, or has any other important limitation, the vendor must clearly disclose this to the customer.

The vendor must not list counterfeit, stolen, illegal, unsafe, or unauthorized products.

8. Vendor-Submitted Product and Variation Requests

If a product or variation is missing, the vendor may submit a request for review.

The vendor is responsible for ensuring that the submitted product or variation information is accurate and not misleading.

If a submitted product or variation is approved, it becomes part of the shared product database and may be used by other vendors.

The submitting vendor does not receive ownership, exclusive rights, or permanent editing rights over an approved product or approved variation.

The vendor may only manage the vendor’s own price listings and offer details.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The vendor must not:

  • Submit false, misleading, fake, outdated, or deceptive listings.
  • Submit spam or duplicate listings.
  • Impersonate another store, person, brand, or business.
  • Use contact details that do not belong to the vendor.
  • Upload unauthorized, illegal, offensive, or misleading content.
  • Misrepresent warranty, product condition, stock, price, or availability.
  • Manipulate listings in a way that harms customers or the platform.
  • List prohibited, illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or unsafe products.

10. Account and Listing Review

Vendor accounts, store profiles, product requests, variation requests, and vendor listings may be reviewed.

Listings that appear incorrect, misleading, duplicated, outdated, suspicious, harmful, or in breach of these terms may be rejected, hidden, disabled, edited, merged, or removed.

Vendor access may be restricted or suspended if the vendor breaches these terms or provides harmful, misleading, or unreliable information.

11. Customer Disputes

Any sale, payment, collection, delivery, warranty claim, return, refund, complaint, after-sales matter, or dispute relating to a vendor’s offer is the responsibility of the vendor and the customer.

The vendor is responsible for resolving customer issues relating to the vendor’s products, listings, promises, communication, payments, delivery, warranty, returns, refunds, or after-sales support.

12. Accuracy of Product Information

Product information, specifications, images, descriptions, and other details may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.

The vendor is responsible for verifying that the product being offered matches the details communicated to the customer.

The vendor must not rely on incorrect product information to mislead customers or avoid responsibility for the actual product offered.

13. Indemnity

The vendor agrees to be responsible for any claim, complaint, dispute, loss, damage, cost, liability, or expense arising from:

  • The vendor’s listings
